Eligible Products

  • Returns are accepted within 48 Hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Applicable only for sheets, pillowcases, and duvets (excluding final sale items)

Easy Return Process

  • Email us at [support@restmorlinens.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and pick up details
  • Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be initiated.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or you can avail an instore credit code.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Washed or used bedding
  • Custom or monogrammed items
  • Gift cards or promotional products
  • Clearance/final sale items

At Restmor, we believe luxury is not just in the product but also in the experience. We understand that sometimes, an item may not be exactly what you expected — and we’re here to make things right with a smooth and thoughtful exchange process.

🌿 Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Exchanges are accepted within 48 Hours of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and inserts intact.
  3. You may request an exchange for reasons including:
    • Incorrect size or color
    • Product damage during transit
    • Manufacturing defect

🚫 What Can’t Be Exchanged

  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional offers
  • Custom orders or monogrammed/personalized products

🔁 How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Email us at support@restmorlinens.com within 48 Hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a brief reason for exchange, and clear photos in case of damage/defect.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup.
  • After the returned item is quality-checked, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.

📦 In Case the Item is Unavailable

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll provide you with either:

  • A store credit valid for 6 months, or
  • Assistance in choosing a similar product of equal value
